Still Waiting on Shipping Refund |

It took so long to hear from this company that I changed my mind and cancelled BEFORE receiving a back-order notice. I was still charged for shipping on these items and when I called about this, an apology was given as an "oversight" but I haven't seen the refund as of 10/20/20.
