I received my order a month and a half after making the purchase. The customer service is poor; they don't answer the phone, and even though I left messages, they never returned my call. I sent several emails (more than 10) and they only responded to tell me that my item would arrive at the end of that week, and it lasted another month. I don't recommend it.

I guess I should have order a size bigger than what I normally wear. The shoes look good and I am sure that once I get the right size, they will feel good as well. Construction is very good and sturdy.
