To be honest this was a subpar as far as online shopping goes. I placed two orders on the same day from your site and another. I received confirmation from both sites about the same time of my order. I heard nothing else from you guys after that. On the other hand I received a delivery email and tracking info from the other company. There's arrived three days later from New York (with free shipping on my order of $100+) where as yours took over a week to arrive. I was about to call and check on my order the day i received it. In ecommerce today there are certain norms that consumers expect, and honestly I just don't feel like you lived up to those.
