The prospect of buying everything needed to get a start is tempting, but was a mistake. I understand delays and everyone is buying at the same time, but I received 7 of the total items from the package offered.So buyer beware,no follow up, customer service and a failure to send items.
You can see the package has shirts, shoes, protectors, etc,. One month after order, I received, pants, belt, chest protector, socks, lineup card, mask and ball bag, with a note saying I was owed shin protector, hats and shirt. I followed up with email detailing what I recieved and should also be owed base shoes, plate brush, and equipment bag(equip bag seems like advantage of upgraded package) The next I heard from company, two month after order,was this survey request of order completion.
I understand delays,but failure to complete an order is an entire failure of this company. It is not my responsibility to follow up on their job, they did not have to remind me to pay. Do not use this company.
